An amazing episode with Carl SanFilippo, Broker/Owner at RE/MAX First Realty.

After working for a real estate investment firm in Philadelphia, Carl realized that he wanted to work in the real estate industry but he wanted to be an active real estate agent, not just working on behalf of investors. He returned to NJ in 2006, got his real estate license, and went to work.

Carl got a broker’s license and set about opening an office and in August of 2013, Carl SanFilippo bought RE/MAX First Realty of East Brunswick and had grown it from 8 agents to 125.

In 2015, Carl was appointed to the RE/MAX Broker’s Council, and is a highly regarded speaker and trainer throughout the US to this day!
