Through performances, workshops, and participatory artistic projects, Lydia creates spaces where imagination, body, and emotion meet — helping children, families, and communities reconnect with themselves and with each other. We talk about the power of art as a universal language, the role of creativity in wellbeing, and what it means to build inclusive cultural experiences outside traditional stages.
