With a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a double major in Nutrition and Exercise Science, and a grounding in naturopathy and functional medicine; she's well rounded. She is a self-professed nerd, fierce women's health advocate and creative soul whose mission is to show women that they can heal without extremes and without obsession.
