#28: Growing old disgracefully

In this weeks episode we talk about the importance of maintaining some level of muscle and strength as we age. 


Generally, from the age of 30 we lose about 3-5% of our muscle mass per decade, roughly translated if we lived for another 30 years, we could lose up to 15% of the muscle mass we currently have unless we do something about it!  


The good news is; there's always a solution. The bad news is, you're probably gonna have to sacrifice an hour or two of sitting down doing f*ck all per week!   Enjoy the show
