Today, I’m talking with Nichollette, a mom who birthed outside of the medical system with her first child. 

She was very strong in her conviction to have her birth go the way she wanted, so Nichollette held  very strong boundaries with friends and family. In order to protect her energy, Nicolette even cut some people off to preserve the flow and peace of mind she was cultivating in her pregnancy and later for birth.

When Nichollette’s birthing time came she was ready for whatever was to come her way and was supported, physically by her mother  and her partner, but also ancestrally by a strong line of women who had birthed in this way many times before her.
