In this episode, we meet Farming Connect’s newly appointed Red Meat Technical Officer for North Wales, Dr Non Williams, who has recently completed a 3-year PhD study into the sustainability of upland cattle farming systems. In particular, she looked at ways in which pasture productivity can be increased whilst lowering any negative environmental impacts.
