On this episode I shared an conscious conversation with the amazing human Nawaf Al Ghanem aka Ofi. Ofi is an Accountant, Vegan Bodybuilder, Fitness Model, Personal Trainer, Photographer & Thought Leader.

We spoke about topics including Ofi’s childhood experience of growing up as a refugee, the lessons he learnt coming from a poor environment in Jordan, adapting to life in different countries, seeking the truth in life, the perspective you gain from having nothing, self reflection through asking yourself power questions and how to chase your dreams but also help the collective and so much more!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect coming into this conversation as this was the first time we met and all I had seen was Ofi’s instagram account. But wow, the perspective I learnt from his story and his thoughts is truely inspiring.
