Neil experienced an emotionally reserved childhood, including the trauma of sexual assault which resulted in PTSD and disassociation.  His life spiralled slowly downwards and painfully through suicide attempts, failed relationships, and alcohol misuse. Today Through his recovery, Neil is learning how to choose to love himself, which is admittedly, the single greatest gift he can give himself.

Today Neil is an uncomplicated person who excels at adapting to complicated tasks. He’s a Professional problem solver, helper of people and practitioner of self-improvement. Strategic and measurable approach, SMART goals.

In today’s conversation, Neil will share a few lessons including how to blend lean manufacturing methodologies with CBT and person-centered psychotherapy to perform self-reflection, containment, prevention and how to manage actions to achieve goals.
