Jon is an ex-professional sportsman now turned hospitality operator. He spent nearly two decades playing professional rugby league, mostly for Saint Helens but also captained his country in international tournaments. 

In 2014 Jon co-founded Pot Kettle Black. Based in manchester. Self described as  'antipodean coffee culture with a northern accident' the brand offers speciality coffee, great food and a relaxed environment.
