Where would I start if my goal was tone up & lose a bit of weight? Where would I begin?

I dive into finding my start point, the practical tips in building routine around workouts & nutrition as well as the mindset which will keep me going (i.e. not on/off the wagon!)

Not the most polished recording with two interruptions from my kids, but hey, we roll with the imperfect actions & show up for ourselves & do the best we can.
