Hi there! You may have noticed there was a small gap in Ball Gag episodes, but not to worry -- we're back this week. This episode is special to me because it's the first one I've recorded in several months where I felt a return to my usual, thoughtful self without forcing any discussion. I recount recent experiences with castings for TV and print, pat myself on the back for some home improvements, and explain reactions to when a child is more artistic- or scientifically-minded. I also engage in a passioned discussion about what's going on in my stand up world, such as the psychological reasons behind why I dress the way I do onstage, changes in my relationships to comics I admire, and how the experience of female comics differs from male comics.
