Nicky decided she wanted to do something to supplement her income during lockdown so decided she wanted to open an online shop selling health and wellbeing products.  We talk about her journey and our own experiences and views, exploring the ups and downs of upselling - whether that's selling the products you use in your treatments, becoming a consultant for a company like Neal's Yard Remedies and Tropics or, like Nicky, branching out to sell related products.
