#284 - The Small Changes That Make Consistency Easier

Consistency doesn’t usually get easier because you suddenly become more disciplined.

It gets easier when you start noticing the small patterns that influence your eating, and make a few simple adjustments that remove a lot of the daily friction.

In this episode, I’m answering questions from clients inside my Consistency Reset program, including:

• why eating more protein earlier in the day can reduce snacking• how to handle emotional eating (especially during busy or stressful days)• lunch ideas that actually keep you full• whether high-fibre foods products are worth using

We also talk about why things can feel easier earlier in your journey, and why that can change over time.
