Holidays, barbecues, festivals, drinks, meals out.. there is a lot to enjoy in the summer.
If you have kids off school, you may also be completely out of routine, which can make weight loss goals feel challenging to say the least!
BUT, whatever your plans for summer, there is a lot you can do to both enjoy those plans AND reach your goals.
If you have something important to you that you're working towards (which for many of my clients is losing weight, getting fitter and stronger, and building a better relationship with food), there will never be a perfect time when it's all simple and plain sailing.
