I've spoken to about 20 event pros over the last few months about their event career goals and roadmaps. Some want to work at their dream event, some want to design their dream event career, some are making a change in their event careers and some want to enter the exciting world of events! Here is what I have learned, and I hope you can take these 15 learnings away as tips. This isn't entirely VIP event or VIP focused but helpful for all event pros.
