Mentality

Never say die- fall forward!
remember your “REASON WHY”
respond to reality - clear the desks/eliminate work or activities to run your business if you need to (or make a hard choice and stop doing the business!)


Time - 80/20

if time is short, 80/20 is even more important
daily checkin is vital unless you’re actually ill or something.
Use email templates





B. Daily tasks

check sales stats - no. units, price

are Amazon ads running?
Has a sale on a product just finished?


if sales drop off a cliff, investigate


check customer service emails
chase up any supply chain issues
emails


double check price
do you have a sale on? If so make sure it’s still on sale!
check amazon ads still running
check amazon ad spend.

If in launch mode, ACoS>100%, take bid down or just Pause campaign or ad group
if in profit mode, ACoS>Gross Profit  =same action



C. Weekly tasks
