Hello, potatoes! Since Christmas is literally tomorrow, I thought I would talk about it from a more nonreligious aspect. I had just finished watching Coco, a Disney/Pixar movie about the Mexican tradition of Día de los Muertos, and it made me reflect on the importance of family, which is also a huge component of the holiday season. You can never take anyone for granted, like how Mr. Victor Boyce said during his interview after the passing of Cameron Boyce, an amazing actor and activist. I just encourage everyone to show gratitude for the loved ones in your life, but of course, if they are not-so-great people or do not-so-great things to you, you are not obligated to respect them as part of your prerogative. My heart goes out for you, especially those who struggle with the holiday season due to family issues.
