Change is inevitable..we've got to learn to embrace it!  It doesn't come easy, I'm still working on getting better at this too.  But just because change can be uncomfortable and difficult doesn't mean it is bad!  Here are some ways to embrace change and I encourage you to try to look at how it is happening FOR you.  Keep being awesome.
