Ok, this is a pretty hilarious rant (if I do say so myself) about an ad that I recently ran to get people excited about a kitchen course that I made and someone was rude to me! Gasp!  I tell you all about it in the episode and the 4 questions that I like to use to feel better!

Here are the four questions that I mention in today’s podcast:

  1. Is that true?
  2. Is the opposite true?
  3. Am I happy with the way that I showed up?
  4. Is there anything that I want to change
