Welcome back to Healing Beyond Physical, so privileged to connect with you.  My name is Ummul-kiram Patrawala, your host, intuitive, somatic trauma therapist, energy worker, resilience coach, and living proof that we have the power to heal beyond the physical and shift our consciousness from states of survival to states of love.

In this episode I invited my colleague from the WOMB, Priya Akbari who is a licensed Resident Physiotherapist, specialising in women’s pelvic health, and supporting women in the perinatal period.

We unpacked how understanding the role of our threat response system, and accordingly seeking support from a pelvic health PT who practises through a holistic lens can add much ease and empowerment during the journey of fertility.
