This conversation can be a trigger for many and needs to be had.  It's time to end the silence around the disempowering messages we hear as women about our bodies and our sexuality and the shame it creates.

In this conversation, I talk about how we each hold shame imprints in our womb space not just from this lifetime, but from our lineage and the collective programming.

We can transform this energy of shame, and reclaim our power, and a lot of the work I do is working somatically and energetically through a trauma-informed lens to alchemise our womb space.

This conversation needs to be shared with other women in our life, so they can start exploring their relationship with their womb space.  We can change the trajectory for our future generations if we choose to have these conversations, so let’s start now.
