Welcome back to a new year! I hope you had a chance to rest, rejuvenate and reconnect with family and friends. For many of us, this new year is an opportunity to rethink about what is worth giving our attention and time to.I don’t know about you, but I find a new year exciting and trepidatious at the same time.
I look forward to what will happen and how I will show up as an individual. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. The beginning of a new year is like having a new notebook which has to answer at least one vital question- how will we feel this year? Will we feel better in all areas of our lives and how will we handle the challenges that come up along the way?
If we don’t prepare ourselves, how will we react in uncertain times? How do we have more of the positive emotions such as enthusiasm, confidence, connection, inspiration, laughter, grace, and abundance? How do we get more energy and vitality in our lives more consistently? Those are some important questions that I’ll address in this quick win podcast. Asking great clarifying questions helps motivate us to create critical paths and mindset towards living a life of joy, prosperity and purpose. Questions are the answers.
