This Monday's meditation is all about activating ancient wisdom as a way of integrating it and giving thanks for it. The message in the first 5 minutes is about a few things: 1) tapping into the broad knowledge base the universe holds, as opposed to linear facts & figures; 2) bringing to light the shadow aspect of Thanksgiving the holiday - the suffering and genocide of indigenous peoples - to clear, release, and integrate the past; and 3) activating the ancient wisdom keys within our fabric through the elements. Activating the ancient wisdom brings to light the shadow and helps us revive the teachings to support us in the present. Giving lots of thanks to the keepers of Mother Earth, indigenous peoples and traditions!
