Andy started his bakery business mid-2020, mid-pandemic. What started as a community baking project to feed his neighbours on the street where he lives, has now turned into a thriving bakehouse which supplies some of Liverpool's most popular independent restaurants. 

During the podcast Andy spoke to us about the journey he has been on over the last 12 months. He is very open and transparent about the challenges he has faced and how he has overcome them.
