Recently, I led a yoga & meditation retreat - one of my favorite "work projects." Hard to call these work as they are so rich on all levels. And even though they require an extraordinary amount of effort & energy, they are master teachers.

And as it always happens, the right people come together at the right time. Divine Intervention certainly.

In this week's podcast, I share my learnings from this amazing group of women. And here's the nugget.... It doesn't matter if it is this group or another, these learnings always emerge as they are universal lessons of connection and whole hearted living.
