I got inspired to make this meditation because a friend of mine said, " I feel good during meditation, but then afterwards, how do I keep the peaceful feeling?" And that got us started on a conversation about how we might be beating ourselves up when we don't even realize it.

It's important to know when you're upset with yourself and to then forgive yourself for anything you've done. This is one way to keep the internal peace going.
