On November 25, 2017 a 22-year-old woman vanished after a night out. When her mother discovered her body 4 days later, just steps from where she was last seen, police were heavily criticized for errors in the investigation. Initially believed to be an accident, her autopsy instead revealed her death to be a homicide. This is story of Tess Richey.
