​​One of the most common questions I hear is some form of: so what actually *happens* on a coaching engagement?

This is a great question. After all, life coaching is a relatively new profession, so many people aren't familiar with it. And different coaches run their coaching engagements in different ways.

Today I answer this question in two ways: from a more high-level arc of the overall engagement, and on the micro level within each coaching session.
