29. What is HEALTH?

"Health" what is it?! these days this word is probably the most confused, manipulated, and misunderstood the meaning and because of this, I believe that it is actually detrimental to people's wellbeing!

The meaning of what Healthy is a lot simpler than people think, the problem we have in society today, is that no one really gets a true insight into how to optimise their health well-being or fitness which leads to confusion, people being manipulated around it for the wrong reasons - mainly for profit! ultimately leading to people finding out for themselves.

There needs to be more clarity around the basics of Health, how to improve it and unfortunately, our education system and leadership are not doing enough!
