#29: Why You Must Change Your Mindset

Buddha said “Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.” 

We CAN be happy. We CAN have balance. We CAN have the best of careers. 

The best of relationships. The best of bodies. The best of food. The best of money. We can do the best of everything now. 

Regardless of what is currently happening in your life, the way you perceive your life is what makes you happy or unhappy. If negative assumptions or beliefs are consuming you, then you will be unhappy. 

"Once your mindset changes, everything will change for you."

Some questions we ask:

  • Do you define your life based on your paradigm of a certain topic? (9:00) 
  • Do you ever stumble upon old thinking patterns that have shifted your belief systems? (13:00) 
  • How do you convince someone to change their mindset without offending their values? (19:00)
  • If you come across someone who is an expert in their field, do you try to learn from them? (20:00) 
  • When you go on vacation, do you try new vs frequently visited destinations? (21:00)  
  • Can you get past the discomfort of attending networking events and conferences? (23:00) 

In this episode, we discuss why improving your life starts with improving your mindset. 

Ultimately, perception is your reality, so changing the way you look at your life can make all the difference.
