This week I have the pleasure of sitting down with Sue Silverstream, a Visual Artist, Singer, Musician, Dancer and Yogi/ni who has been practicing and teaching Yoga and the Sound Healing Arts for over 4 decades. She's been a friend and friendly face who I admire and look up to, and she's and I will be collaborating in sound this weekend for the O+ Festival.
