No matter what you do to your body if you don’t love you it will not change. Self love is so important.

Before you decide to alter the way you look you should think about the consequences that comes along with it. Why is it that we feel like we have to be like people on tv or in the magazine. Be the best version of you.

How do we as women handle a relationship that was torn apart? If a child or children was the results of a relationship that no longer works what do you do and how do you handle it co parenting?
