Insecurities. Sticks and stones will break your bones, and words will probably hurt too. We all remember the jokes and insults that friends and family would mention to get under your skin. As time has passed, these comments have either turned into an insecurity, something you have let go, or it has become something you've chosen to embrace.
Continuing the vulnerability series, in this episode we talk a bit about the embarrassment I had with being seen as a "Mama's Boy", but also how I refused to let it tout our relationship. As you mature, not only do you learn to embrace what you may have been an insecurity. More importantly, you begin stop putting too much of your energy into the negatives others may say.
