May 31, 2020 THIS IS THE AGE: Confidence in God
This 2Days Denarius podcast focuses on Psalm 46 and confidence in God, particularly in light of the crises Christians see or experience in our world today. This lesson gives focus to some history and particulars of Psalm 46 in reference to God being always being present, a protector and provider for His people. Christians can have confidence in this age because He is and He is always there for us in times of our greatest stresses. This lesson will help Christians understand that we can rest in God through the crisis, both personal and national. It will address issues in the area of disease, especially COVID-19, violence, and apostasy. Our nation has experienced a recent surge in violence due to horrible acts that gained national attention. Yet, in the storm, Christians can have peace and also find ways to positively effect those around them by sharing and living the gospel before others. Also, the "This Is the Age" series will examine events that seem to have prophetic implications in regard to the return of Christ. One of the greatest signs is the falling away of the church in the end times. This was recently seen from a Contemporary Christian Music artist who announced he no longer believed in God. A sad trend that has increased rapidly over the last two years. Take a listen! My apologies for the sort of mixed up ending. I'm trying to do my podcast and YouTube channel video at the same time. May 12, 2020 SO! What IS 2Days Denarius?
Given the rather unusual title of this Christian broadcast ministry, I thought it would be a good opportunity to take time to explain how this ministry and its name came about. In truth, even though it's based on a denarius, or day's worth, of faith for a day, it really has been the culmination of life experience in walking and growing in faith in the Lord. Great things from God are often borne from our greatest challenges! But if we walk in faith, service, holiness, and in His love, we will see our Lord reach out in times of our greatest need and shape us in ways we never thought possible when we submit to His calling and will. Be encouraged! Let's take this faith journey together and be all that God called us to be! Conformed to the image of Christ! (Rom. 8:29)

This podcast was produced on the annual National Day of Prayer, May 7, 2020 to encourage Christians to pray for their nation, it's leaders, and the time of crisis we face with a world-wide pandemic. It also runs through some of the history of the establishment of this proclamation, a lesson on prayer and how we should pray using the Lord's Prayer and examples from Daniel, along with some passages from the Apostle Paul's letters. In line with what this day is set apart for, it will conclude with a prayer for our nation, it's leaders, unity among its citizens, and healing and recovery during a time of uncertainty during this COVID-19 pandemic.

April 21, 2019 What If There Had Been No Resurrection?
Easter Sunday’s message for 2019 comes from the Apostle Paul’s great defense of the resurrection in 1 Cor. 15:1-20. This message challenges believers with assurance that, like Paul wrote, that Christ IS risen from the dead and our lives should be devoted to Him and His will. Our faith is not a hoax, what we believe is true, and though we may seem to struggle in the spiritual battle now, in the end our faith will prevail in this life and the next.
