PTSD is really tricky, but today is October 17, 2023 & I realize if I have a paid subscription that means even MORE SAFETY from these individuals so the MOST SCARY will go here & those are those conversations that I think I have to just record and share as is. Whatever the consequence because this process has removed so much biological triggers, the best part is, when you find an effective treatment---not keeping it in---it's really awesome & you just want to keep doing it.
