What is the most defining thing about you? Where do you find your identity? When we are followers of Jesus, He should be the greatest definer of our identity. We believe everything else is temporary and can change. Do you believe this? Let's talk about it and how we can find breathing room in allowing Jesus to be the one who defines our identity.

70% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Our consumer culture around us is constantly feeding us the message that more will make our lives better--this brand new ___ is WAY better than the old, if you buy THIS, your life will feel complete. But ultimately it leads to stress, anxiety, conflict, and more of all those things we try to avoid. The writers of the Bible talk about another way to live. One that helps us get the things we REALLY long for like joy, rest, and peace.

The Next Generation is important to us because they were important to Jesus. Raising up kids to follow Jesus is a huge responsibility and the bible teaches it is a huge blessing. The best thing you can do for your kids is for Jesus to be YOUR lead story in your home. Not just something that happens at church once a week. We want to be a place where kids aren't just tolerated but embraced as the next generation that needs to know and understand the life changing story of Jesus.

God doesn't need your money. What we see in the Bible is that giving and generosity is far more about what God wants FOR you than what He wants FROM you. It's way more about our hearts than our wallets.

If you're skeptical of that statement and feel like the church is just out to get your money, then this is a message you want to hear!

As followers of Jesus, we are called to live our lives on mission! It is necessary for us to talk about what Jesus has done in our lives so that others around us may come to know Jesus!
