在自己有機會參與招募並與幾位人力資源專業的朋友對談後，我發現其實更重要的是以下這個問題的答案，這個答案比履歷本身更能幫助你脫穎而出，但卻有超過 90% 的人無法好好回答這個問題，而這個問題就是：「在這次求職中，你有哪 3 個值得讓對方關注的特點？」。
