Welcome back to the Limit Less pod! Today, we're diving into the low-effort ways to embody more presence and gratitude, raise your vibration, and build momentum to keep going even when life feels like it’s all going to sh*t.


These are my personal, reliable fall-backs that've never failed to improve my mood by at least 5%, while helping to refocus my energy to continue on through even the hardest days — because we’ve all been there, and a lot of us are in the thick of it right now.


This episode is for you if you've been:

  • Harder on yourself, and more self critical than usual
  • Holding yourself back from something you know deep down is meant for you
  • In a rut, feel 'stuck', or don't know which way to turn next
  • Picking apart where you’re at in life compared to everyone else around you, or on social media

  • The emphasis in this episode is on ‘low effort’ because we ALL KNOW the things we can be/want to ideally be doing if we weren't trudging through the mud, but the key to getting back to a better feeling place in our lives is to gradually build momentum doing things that will re-empower us again and support us in feeling worthy.
