It is the busiest of weeks in the land of 3 Beers And A Movie as we watch a lot of stuff.

We start with an adaptation of a pod fav book, horror/comedy 'Cold Storage'. Then we are onto streaming services with thriller 'Neighbourhood Watch' on Sky Cinema, it's back to the cinema for Oscar nominated flick due to a powerhouse performance from pod favourite 'If I Had Legs I'd Kick You'. We continuing with some streaming with Paramount+ survival/sci fi 'The Occupant' and Sky Cinema time travel flick 'One More Shot' and then we finish with a cinema trip 'It Was Just An Accident'

We talk about 'The Astronaut' on Sky Cinema, our first dabble in Dylan O'Brien with dark twisted thriller/comedy 'Twinless', one of us then talks about all things 'The Gentlemen' starring Ron Perlman, we go to the cinema to access our inner child with 'The Day The Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie', we capture some indie spirit with 'Bunny' available on Netflix and we finish with the return of our fav Sam Raimi with 'Send Help'

Then its onto all the movies we have seen, starting with Netflix offering 'Anniversary' which paints a future that doesn't seem to far off, the return of an iconic video game 'Return To Silent Hill', dabble into the world of stand up and failing marriages with early awards contender 'Is This Thing On?', Disney+ offering from Hollywood icon James L Brooks with 'Ella McCay' and we finish with Sky Cinema/NowTV sci-fi offering 'Xeno'

Up first this week Prime Video offering with the man mountains of Bautista and Momoa in 'The Wrecking Crew', cinema horror with a rabid angry monkey 'Primate', Netflix action flick from Taiwan '96 Minutes' and we finish with thriller adapted from a hot novel 'The Housemaid'

This was supposed to be a threesome but someone got cold feet (illness) and had to bail, so we are left with a duo, but not the usual duo.

We start with the TRIUMPHANT return of Park Chan-wook with 'No Other Choice', we finally get to see awards front runner 'Marty Supreme', the ongoing problems in plague ravished Britain in '28 Years Later: The Bone Temple', thriller with our fav new scream queen Samara Weaving in 'Borderline' and we finish with the first clunker of 2026 'Pose'.

We are both struggling with illness this weeks but we still manage to watch a fair few things.

A cinema dynasty looks to be getting forged with Destry Allyn Spielberg debut feature 'Don't Feed The Children', we then head to Japan for some oddness with Brendan Fraser in 'Rental Family', then return to UK (well 16th Century version) for adaptation of Maggie O'Farrells breath-taking novel 'Hamnet' from Chloe Zhao, then we travel to the waters north of Darwin for some survival against the elements, enemy and of course a giant f**king shark in WWII set 'Beast Of War', one of us delves into cinema history with silent movie from Alfred Hitchcock 'The Lodger' and we finish with biggest movie going around, a crime that it has taken us this long to see it but we head to Pandora for 'Avatar: Fire And Ash'

We start with a recap of all the catch ups we had over the festive period, and then we dive into some newer releases. We start with Korean endtimes/scif thriller 'The Great Flood' on Netflix, one of us goes to the cinema to watch a sequel to a teenage favourite with a reimagining of 'Anaconda', then its back to Netflix for the directing debut of Kate Winslet with family drama 'Goodbye June' and we finish with more cinema action with a romcomscifi 'Eternity'
