I wrote this poem to empower myself last year. We live in a world where others may have so much to say about us, who we were, who we are but yet there isn’t much empowering, much encouragement. So we must look to our inner selves for empowerment. But how can we empower ourselves when we do not know where to start and how to do so. For me it starts by having some alone time in my room, eating a good meal, learning from failed situations, striving and continuing when all odds are against you. This episode is not scripted.
