It's that time of year again, when we run through our annual Worst in Gaming awards!!

For part one, we're submitting nominations for Worst Studio, Worst Launch, Worst Sequel, Worst Name, Worst Gamer Rage, and Biggest Disappointment.

Peterson and Trent join JD to talk about all the games that were announced at the VGAs, including Wonder Woman, Alan Wake 2, Star Wars Eclipse, and of course, Sonic Frontier. JD gets tricked by a tech demo. We finally figure out a way to limit how much we talk about Activision (thank goodness), but there's still GameStop news. Later, we wrap up by pondering which game IPs need an open world treatment.

This week is only bad news, but the one bit of good news is that Peterson is here to help soften the blow. We talk yet more Activision Blizzard nonsense and dig into PlayStation's Game Pass. Later, JD asks which game series you'd want to end after its first entry, and then we play Crew Carry Kill with Christmas movie characters.

Peterson gives a First Impression Rose to Forza Horizon 5 and JD gives kudos to White Castle.

Jackson is back with JD and Trent to break down a small slate of news from Thanksgiving weekend, including a trucker in Japan who stole a truckload of PS5s. Then, we talk about Christmas gifts we couldn't live without and finish up by turning Christmas movies into tabletop games.

Oh and Trent finally gets around to his Dice of Destiny review of Deathloop!

Peterson returns! Joining Aaron and JD, the indomitable Peterson dives right back into the mess that is the gaming industry by breaking down the latest Activision drama from Bobby Kotick.

We also dig more into the GTA remaster debacle and talk about what Warner Bros. properties we want to see in the Smash Bros.-esque Multiversus. Then we wrap up with foodio games straight outta the 7-Eleven - stick around for JD's ICEE mind bender.

This week JD and Trent welcome on the man behind the laugh, Jackson, who brings his wisdom of Conker's Bad Fur Day and Pokemon to the table. Ubisoft is still a mess, and Activision Blizzard is no longer the most valuable gaming company in the US. We also talk about the disastrous GTA Trilogy launch and some great news for Hogwarts fans. Later, we discuss things from older games that developers wouldn't be able to get away with today.

Aaron's back! New World is dropping 100k players/week, Blizzard's only female executive is leaving after just 3 months in the role, and Diablo IV and Overwatch 2 have both been delayed. Then we step into the metaverse to talk about what our second life might look like, and what battles we'd want to reenact in VR.

Jenna, Trent, and JD take on leaf season and pray for winter. BlizzCon was cancelled, Nintendo's new online service is broken, and Activision's CEO has taken a huge paycut. We get into the Good, Bad, and Ugly of playing older games, then we talk about beating games in a single sitting. JD also reviews Injustice: Gods Among Us.

This week JD and Trent try and fail to understand how NFTs work, talk about Xbox's failure to meet sales targets, and dig more into the Twitch leak. Then we reveal the best year in both our respective gaming careers, and finally compare difficulty in video games to food. We get really mad at Wendy's.
