After the tragedy of Rick Genest's (Zombie Boy) passing, I decided to work towards breaking the stigma surrounding depression and suicide by openly talking about my personal struggles. This is a very sensitive topic and I in no way am an expert. This is my story, experience and opinion.

Only way we can break the social stigmas is by having a conversation about it.
