It's been almost a year in Xuzhou, China. I'm updating you on what has been going on in my absence, my current feelings on being an expat, and what my future plans are.

After the tragedy of Rick Genest's (Zombie Boy) passing, I decided to work towards breaking the stigma surrounding depression and suicide by openly talking about my personal struggles. This is a very sensitive topic and I in no way am an expert. This is my story, experience and opinion.

Only way we can break the social stigmas is by having a conversation about it.
