πŸŒ™ Moon Channel Breathing: Allows you to access the calming energy of the your parasympathetic nervous system and rest and digest. Regulate your nervous system and create calming and soothing energy so you can fall asleep.
🌬️ Alternate Nostril Breathing: Is a breath that is known to create balance in your nervous system and also to calm and clear your mind.
🌬️ 3 Part Breathing: This is one of my favourite breathing techniques for sleep because I find it mimics the rhythm of β€œfalling” asleep.
