I will be the first to admit I do not know a great deal about introverts. I do know enough to say that introverts are typically characterized as being shy, yet that pat definition is not only inaccurate, it's not that substantial.
Today, thanks to my good friend Jason Lee (Guest of Episode XXX) I will talk about what an introvert truly is. And to his great suggestion, offer 5 challenges for introverts to help them experience life in a different way, a growing way that might not be their first choice. As we all know, growth can come from a variety of places, and it's best to embrace them all.
