Franchises are and will be a part of the yearly releases for years to come. James Gunn, the new head of the DCU along with Peter Safran, has announced the extensive list of DCU movies that will be released in the next 8–10 years! The lineup looks promising, and it seems that if done right DC can finally establish a working continuity for not only their films but animated shows and video games.
