To create long lasting change, you first need to focus on where your thoughts currently are at. The first step to any sustainable change is acknowledging where you are. Then we can identify and distinguish the thoughts and behaviors that are helpful for us while beginning the process to eliminate and transform the thoughts that serve no purpose and no benefit for us.
