Often times a client will reach out asking for validation or motivation. And while I understand the natural urge to look to someone else to give you that push, The most important thing is to find what is it in YOU that will push you to the next level. Coaches, motivation, goals, etc, these things all change. 

What is the overarching reason to keep pushing forward?
