Tune in for reasons why you don’t want your health to be “normal.” Clearly we can expect that unexpected things will happen to us, and, much as I’d like it if we could, we cannot control every detail of our future. There will be setbacks and disappointments. And I’m certainly not suggesting that anyone who needs to take medication or is being treated for a medical condition did something wrong. But- the little choices that we make today have more effect on our future than most of us give them credit for. A lot of the things we worry could happen to us are preventable. And the time to start that prevention is today. It starts with deciding to not be normal. So get weird and start creating your own health strategy!
