As we all look for ways to stay in shape during this covid chaos, wouldn't it be great if we had an exercise plan that would help us also increase the strength of our hearts and minds?

I mean, aren't those really the places where we are struggling the most? 

That's why I've laid out a supernatural workout plan for us today. One that will help us develop more endurance, patience, peace and wisdom.

But we shouldn't be surprised, if before the workout begins, we first need to warmup with some stretches. Maybe even a little stretching of our faith.

So, let's get started as we realize the warrior within.
